三越伊勢丹旅行 ISETAN MITSUKOSHI TRAVEL

In June 1969, Mitsukoshi began offering travel services at its Nihombashi Main Store

Ever since then, the service has primarily been aimed at wealthy, refined Japanese clients of Mitsukoshi Department Store aiming to travel both within Japan and overseas.

Our clients have come to know the value that Mitsukoshi offers – just as we know the value they demand – and we have continued to meet those demands for many years. Isetan Mitsukoshi Travel was formed in July 2015 to follow that tradition after a merger with the Isetan Department Store Travel Division.

Our primary customers are wealthier clientele

Many of our clients are in their 60s and over – clients with experience who know what they want, and who have a powerfully inquisitive nature. These are people of means who look not to spending their remaining time investing in things, but by investing without hesitation in travel. Our clients enjoy a level of etiquette more so than the average customer.

Store

Going beyond expectations

Our clients are connoisseurs with an appreciation for the finer things in life, and we have always aimed to ensure that their strict tastes and requirements are fully satisfied throughout their voyages.
